One Picture: My Story

When Southwark Council needed to turn unheard and soon to be lost stories of The Windrush Generation into a permanent public archive, they called us.

We took raw, candid recordings of Southwark residents sharing their life stories through a single photograph that held meaning for them.

Using advanced restoration, we immortalised each voice in high quality - cleaning up background noise removing hiss, and balancing audio levels with surgical precision.

Now it lives forever in the Southwark Archives.
